Carlos Galdós: “My mother gets along better with my ex-wives than with my wife”

“My mother gets along better with my ex-wives than with my wife, it has happened to me with my first and second wife, and I hope it doesn’t happen to me with my current one,” says showman Carlos Galdós, faithful to his style.

“This is a very special show for me, over the years I love and embrace every moment spent with mom, this is my way of thanking her, of honoring her. I feel proud of my mother and she of me, and that’s what most important for a child”, says Carlos Galdós.

He comments that in this staging, he takes a profound, heartfelt, and hilarious journey over all his years spent with the beloved author of his days.

“At home it was mom and I, it was always like that, and I am going to open moments that we had just for the two of us. I feel proud of her and she of me, and that is the most important thing for a son, there is a lot of depth and humor here, it will be very moving”, comments an emotional.

He notes: “I wrote this show to value and thank all the mothers in the country, they have been very hard years, of pandemic, of political and social crisis, of rains, which hit us all. However, they are there to hug us and tell us that everything will be fine, that job is invaluable”.

Galdós recalled that he recently remarried businesswoman Marita Cornejo. He drew a parallel between his parent and the new owner of his heart.

“Unconsciously, the human being makes these choices, but, in any case, I love that they have me straight, I am that profile of a husband, and that attitude of a strict woman reminds me of my mother.”
