It is a decentralized entity, of a patriotic, apolitical and cultural nature with its own legal status. Its purpose is to bring to the Dominican people and other nations, the history of Juan Pablo Duarte and to promote that, through the knowledge of their ideals, industriousness, refined honesty and exemplary life, there is a better citizen and the just and happy Homeland that the Father of the Homeland dreamed of.

Its mission is to disseminate the life, work and example of Duarte, firstly, and of the Trinidadians and the heroes of the Restoration of National Independence, secondly, for the moral and civic edification of the Dominican people and their better formation.

In addition, to work without fainting so that the true history, thought and sacrifices of Juan Pablo Duarte and his disciples and that the new generations work to build a homeland built on the basis of morality and civic responsibility, is our vision.
