Cienciano member of the Global Football Alliance Association

Cienciano del Cusco, the only Peruvian international soccer champion team, joined the International Association “Global Football Alliance”, a strategic alliance at the world level made up of 19 important soccer clubs from different countries, whose objective is the joint growth of its members worldwide.

The great news of belonging to an elite of clubs in the world, will allow Cienciano to establish commercial ties with large international clubs with an important trajectory, such as international business, exchange of players, brand exposure, internship in different clubs, communication workshops and marketing, commercial relations and strategic alliances for professional and football growth.

In addition to Cienciano, the following clubs make up this alliance: AS Saint-Ettiene (France), AEK Athens (Greece), Athletic Club Paradou (Algeria), AZ Alkmaar (Netherlands), Chapecoense (Brazil), Crystal Palace (England) , Deportivo Independiente Medellín (Colombia), Deportivo Toluca FC (Mexico), Estudiantes de la Plata (Argentina), FK Krasnodar (Russia), Glimt (Norway), Melbourne Victory FC (Australia), New England Revolution (USA), Standart de Liège (Belgium), VFL Wolfsburg (Germany), Wadi Degla SC (Egypt), Kawasaki Frontale (Japan) and Villarreal (Spain).

The mission of the International Association “Global Football Alliance” is to establish a global alliance of football clubs to be more competitive together and better face future challenges. The main objective of our project is to anticipate and mitigate new risks, encourage clubs to rethink their strategy and seek innovative solutions together.

The determination to succeed comes from long thought about sharing knowledge and creating synergies, allowing clubs to be more competitive, productive and benefit from economies of scale.

The association is chaired by Bernard Caïazzo, president of AS Saint Etienne and Cienciano as a member club, it is part of the General Assembly, which will meet quarterly in different parts of the world, organized by clubs or virtually, as the global context allows.
In addition to the General Assembly, the club will host monthly virtual themed roundtables of club members, as well as regular webinars.
