Dollar BCV in the Central Bank of Venezuela TODAY, Saturday, November 20

The Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) already updated the price of the dollar last Friday until Tuesday, November 23. This is the official rate established by the Nicolas Maduro. Set precisely on the weekend when there will be regional and local elections.
