Elections in Colombia: what is the position of the 2 candidates regarding LGTBIQ + rights?

This Sunday the elections of the second round of the presidential elections are held in Colombia, which confronts the candidates Gustavo Petro of the center-left Colombia Humana party, and Rodolfo Hernandez of the center-populist League of Anti-Corruption Rulers party. Like his opponent, the 77-year-old civil engineer takes a stand in favor of same-sex marriage and his ability to adopt children. In his government plan, the candidate promised the creation of spaces for dialogue so that different active members in political and citizen participation build a development plan where the LGTBIQ + community is represented.
