Face-to-face race Lima runs 5k for a noble cause

will carry out a new edition of Lima Corre 5k for the International Day of Fight against Lung Cancer, in which the community will be able to participate in a virtual and face-to-face way.

Thus, complying with all biosafety protocols, the face-to-face race will return on Sunday 21; The tour will begin and end in Washington Park and will include several blocks from Av. Arequipa, in the Cercado.

Participants will be able to register from today on the formulated one; There will only be 200 places, in order to keep the capacity reduced. With the virtual mode they can run any of the three days near their home and then send a photo with their time and number. Previously they will have to register through the following form HERE.

In this edition there will be four categories: Free, Master, Visual and Physical Disability.

Biosafety protocols

People who participate in the virtual modality must comply with the protocols established by the Government, such as wearing the mask correctly, maintaining social distance and avoiding busy places.

In addition, in the face-to-face race, participants must present their vaccination card with the two doses and take a COVID-19 discard test.

With Lima Virtual 5k Run against Lung Cancer, the Municipality of Lima promotes the practice of sport, in order to improve the physical and mental well-being of all citizens.
