The singer-songwriter who has stood out for his tropical fusions was nominated for the Latin Grammy® in the ‘Tropical Album of the Year’ category in 2017. Likewise, he has been a standard bearer for the new generation and defender of the merengue genre with which he has achieved being nominated six times for the Heat Awards and winner four times out of 12 nominations at the Soberano Awards in his native Dominican Republic.
