Habits to lower cholesterol

More fish: we are talking about oily fish or fatty fish, which are the greatest source of marine omega-3. These omega-3 fatty acids do not affect the cholesterol LDL while having heart health benefits, including lowering blood pressure.

Do exercise! According to the UK National Health Service, getting at least 150 minutes of exercise a week has significant benefits for cardiovascular health.
