After the crowds at the first concert of Juan Luis Guerra the Municipality of Surco decided to close the Sand Peru. This fact harmed thousands of users, who managed to buy their tickets on the Teleticket website. For this reason, the producer in charge of the event published a statement for the fans.
This Tuesday, November 22, Juan Luis Guerra was well received by the Peruvian fans, since he sold out in all the areas established by the managers of Arena Perú. However, nobody would imagine that the chaos would come hours later, with the suffering of the attendees in full concert.
Through social networks, the managers who lead the Juan Luis Guerra concert sent a message to the singer’s fans apologizing for the mishaps that occurred at the first concert. They also assured that the money for the tickets that were purchased for the second show of the Dominican will be returned.
“The production offers its most sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may cause to the public that was hoping to enjoy the second show of the Dominican star,” it can be read in the second paragraph of the statement.
Finally, they assured that “in the following days, the refund procedure for all tickets will be announced, in coordination with Teleticket.”
Users expressed their annoyance on social networks at the crowds and mishaps that occurred at Juan Luis Guerra’s first concert. Many blamed Teleticket for the excessive ticket sales and the company was forced to comment on the accusations.
The Teleticket statement shows several points, but one of them is the most important: “In coordination with the organizer of the event, the number of tickets allowed according to the capacity indicated with Arena Perú was made available to the public.”
