Mamoncito Cooperative celebrated its 45 years at the service of its associates, seeking their well-being through competitive products.
For the occasion, the cooperative gathered part of its board of directors, associates, friends and the press in a meeting where the growth they have had in this time and the development over time was highlighted.
“We are very happy as a cooperative to celebrate these 45 years, since it was founded precisely in the month of April 1972, always committed to the economic development of our associates based on a solvent and reliable patrimony,” said Alfredo Darío Dorrejo, general manager of Mamoncito Cooperative.
In addition, Dorrejo took the opportunity to announce the opening of three new branches, one located in Santo Domingo Este and two in Santiago de los Caballeros as part of this year’s growth plans.
It should be noted that the growth of Mamoncito Cooperative It has positively impacted its 65,950 active members, 34% of them women, with an amount of assets that exceeds RD$7,000,000,000 pesos.
Therefore, over the years the cooperative has experienced sustained growth over time, contributing to the development of the different commercial and producer sectors in the region and to improving the standard of living of its members.
