Oppo The year 2022 kicks off with the official launch of a new smartphone aimed at its mid-range portfolio: the Oppo A96 5G, an Android device that boasts a set of advanced features at the aesthetic and power level.
On the back, it has a matte glass cover that houses the camera module with two LED rings that light up when notifications are received. In turn, it integrates a 6.43 panel with Full HD + resolution (2,400 x 1,080 pixels), an on-screen fingerprint reader and a USB Type-C port.
In terms of performance, the Oppo A96 5G is powered by the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 which supports 5G connectivity. This configuration is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM (plus 5 GB of virtual RAM) and 256 GB of internal storage.
As an operating system, the smartphone runs ColorOS 12 based on the version Android 12. With regard to autonomy, it incorporates a large 4,500 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology.
In the photographic section, the Oppo A96 5G arrives equipped with a frontal camera 16 megapixel and a configuration of double rear camera, composed of a 48 megapixel main lens and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.
The new Oppo A96 5G is now available for a price of 1,999 yuan (around $ 315 at the exchange rate) and will go on sale officially from Sunday, January 9. It can be purchased in Apricot Powder Warm Sun (pink), Colored Glaze (multicolor) and Night Dream Night Star (black).
