Preparation:
It is important to leave the butter with salt at room temperature for a while before, so that it is very tender and creamy and we can spread it well.

Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin slices. We can also cut it into strips if we want, but it is better to do it in slices so that the crispiness of the outer skin is uniform. Yes, it leaves the skin for that crunch, many people remove it.

Chop the dill finely and the chives as small as possible.

Beat cream cheese until very creamy. Mix with the mayonnaise, with the black pepper, with the lemon juice and also with the dill and chives that we have chopped before. If we wanted, we could also add a little garlic powder.

Ingredients:
-5 tablespoons of tamarind paste
-2 tablespoons of unflavored oil, such as peanut oil
-2 tablespoons of brown or palm sugar
-1 tablespoon of fish sauce
-2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
-1 teaspoon chili powder or flakes
-16-20 free-range chicken wings, depending on size, tips trimmed

Preparation:
If a tamarind block is used, place it in a container with two tablespoons of hot water so that it dissolves. Remove the seeds, if necessary.
