Qatar 2022 World Cup draw: date, time and teams qualified for the group stage

Everything is being defined. With the end of the South American Qualifiers, the Peruvian team secured its place in the playoffs and will play one of the vacant places for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. In the absence of confirming the last five members, FIFA has already scheduled the date of the draw for the next Cup of the world.

Although this edition will have some absences to consider as Italy and the Mo Salah’s Egypt there are squads that managed to return to said contest after many years. Such is the case of Canada, the North American team sealed its participation as first in Concacaf and will return to the highest sporting event after 36 years.

The World Cup 2022 group stage draw will be held Friday, April 1 at 11:00 am (Peruvian time) and will stage the Doha Congress and Exhibition Center in Qatar. Pot 1: Qatar, Belgium, Brazil, France, Argentina, England, Spain and Portugal.

Pot 2: Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia and Uruguay.

Pot 3: Poland, Iran, Japan, Serbia, Senegal, Morocco, South Korea and Canada.

Pot 4: Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Cameroon and Tunisia.

Group stage: From November 21 to December 2

Round of 16: From December 3 to 6

Quarter finals: December 9 and 10

Semifinals: December 13 and 14

Third and fourth place: December 17

Final: Dec. 18
