A new controversy has been generated in the world of the urban genre. On this occasion, the protagonists of the brawl are two of the most popular Puerto Rican artists of the moment: Jhay Cortez and Rauw Alejandro. In addition, someone who has been involved is the Spanish singer Rosalía, a partner of the interpreter of “Todo de ti”.
The dispute began after the song “Si Pepe remix” in which the two singers participate was leaked and it quickly went viral. However, it was the part of Jhay Cortez that has captured the attention and given something to talk about, since in it he refers in a derogatory way to Rauw Alejandro.
Although the singer of “En la mía” does not make a direct mention of Rauw, he does express references related to him, such as the albums Aphrodisíaco and Vice versa, or the way the singer performs dancing.
The Puerto Rican singer, who a few months ago made his courtship with the Spanish singer Rosalía official, showed his annoyance at mentioning her in the musical theme, this added to the rest of the provocations that Jhay Cortez made referring to Rosalía’s partner.
It was then that Rauw Alejandro decided to respond to him through his Twitter account. “Women respect each other. Lechón! ”Wrote the Puerto Rican. “Let’s go over there,” he added.
According to La Voz.vip, Jhay Cortez clarified in September that the bite between the two is due only to personal issues. For now, neither Jhay Cortez nor Rosalía have commented on the matter.
