Xiaomi, the Chinese company, after presenting its new flagship models Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12X, has decided to fix its efforts on enlisting the arrival of the new franchise terminals of its Redmi brand: the Redmi K50. With this, it has just been announced that they have confirmed the landing of the devices that will have a ultra-fast 120W charging.
The user XDA-Developers leaked on your forum a tweet with a graphic piece published by the official Redmi account on the Chinese social network Weibo, where reveal certain specifications of the new equipment.
In the poster it was observed that the new generation of terminals of the Redmi K series incorporate a 4,700 mAh battery with 120 W ultra-fast charge which would allow this battery to be fully charged in only 17 minutes. Everything would indicate that this capacity is reserved for the base model, since the premium version (Redmi K50 Pro Plus) is expected to be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery.
Regarding the rest of the specifications, in previous leaks it was reported that they will be equipped with the most recent processor of Qualcomm: the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. It was also announced that they will present a new heat dissipation technology called Dual Vapor Chamber the one that will be in charge of keeping the new chipset of the American manufacturer fresh.
The new Redmi K50 series is expected sold in February in China and that it ends up arriving to the rest of the world with another name.
